The problem is your logic is broken, Time Dilation can only be measured as a relationship between two observers.. But there is still no scientific breakdown of the event your are describing it is just C clock is "slowest", A clock is reading in sync with the "original time" and B clock is in between the two because it has velocity, but not as much as C clock.
I know, only two observers. Thats why i asked what would happen if there were a third. You say C is the slowest, but B is moving the fastest from A. So from observer A, B would be the slowest.
