I'm going to be buying a laptop soon so I can do my online classes and play Diablo 2. Is there anything specific I should look for? I don't want to be dropped from games and experience lag because of my computer. I'm kind of looking in the 500$ and under range too. Any help is appreciated, thanks.

a netbook can run diablo 2

MSI wind and xp can run starcraft, d2, etc.

That or an asus netbook.

Eeepc is pro.

edit: Don't ever buy a laptop with vista, unless you have a windows 7 update coupon.

However, for 500.00, you could build a pretty solid desktop that could run crysis and shit.

if you are only playing d2 90% of laptops can handle web browsing and d2

the laptop im on now is a brand new compaq that my bro spent around 400 on and it runs d2 100% perferctly and i surf the web with no problem


stay away from gateway laptops

an iphone can prolly run D2 lol

Sony's nice, but you pay for the brand name.
