i want to know if it is a "smart phone" and if i have to pay a data plan.

my family has a at&t plan, and would this alter it at all with a dataplan or w/e????

also, is this phone, sensitive like an itouch or iphone, because i have a phone that is a rip of an ihpone, and it sucks god damn dick w/ the sensativity, it takes me 50 times to scroll, and its glitchy.

plan will prob be similar to iphone

basic minute plan + basic text plan + basic data plan (iphone, pda, whatever)

i have an iphone through ATNT so your shit is prob simiar to mine, family plans bring it down a good amt
