In the article it doesn't say crack and it doesn't say coke, it says cocaine, therefore it could refer to coke or crack. Urban dictionary was the shortest referencfe to post here otherwise you would tl;dr, so go fuck yourself. Also to top it all of the is no fucking way you can snort a fucking dollar bill.
