ok here the story
in the beginning windows neglegted to boot because it was unable to find:
/windows/system32/config
windows liked me to repair it manual by original-CD and pressing "R"
(i posses the Original-CD)

ok when i started to set bios to cd boot my harddisk is that agressive and pushes it self (with any Jumper possition) into the boot menue
so i put the harddrive out of my pc ... it worked :) windows loaded from cd
next i put the harddrive in my external harddriveholder worked fine as well

now sometime after rebooting the windows-CD does not recognize the usb-device and quits its selfe
in knoppix it allways works fine but!

neither in Knoppix or in windows i have the ability to act in the windows directory by copiing/ deleting / writing
its allways access denied

how do i change that ?

i am planing to take the files from the repair folder and put them into system32

ok what i did not do correct in the past years:
never made a backup
never made patitions

okey .... so i hope you can help me and do it well :)
(that does not mean i like spamm in here and that you chuck your luck by case spamming something that could help me *lol* )
good help will be honnored ^^ its my lovly old PC

Looks as if Knoppix is over riding Windows...

A few questions?

Do you have Dual boot OS on your hard drives...1 for Linux and 1 for Windows?

Did you "partition" one drive to have both Linux and Windows to run on it?

Why did this problem start happening, where you moving system files around?
