You're most likely either a fat slob, a smoker or both.

do you have asthma?

5 minutes sounds like about a mile which is usually around the time my airways start to restrict.

i have asthma and weed helps me breathe better after i'm finished running.

When you start to feel chest pain do you start to feel the need to spit more but spit dry, bubbly liquids?
Are you beginning running after a lengthy period of inactivity?
From the information you've provided, the simplest (and most likely) answer is that you are not used to a build up of lactic acid and your body is reacting normally. After a few weeks of moderate jogging your body will become less and less aggravated by the build up of lactic acid and your chest pains should slowly go away.
