it plays fine through itunes... i put in on my stereo or plug in head phones..


only thing i can think is the port for head phones is fux'd.


any other troubleshooting suggestions?

the nano.. 3rd generation i think

if it works fine with the usb/sync cable to a comp, and youve tried it wit different outputs, it'd be the hphone jack

not on warranty obviously?

actually i have a 6 month warranty from the store i bought it from, fucked up at all i can bring it back and get one or use credit to upgrade
