Hey I just recently began running a lot, and um... yeah well the past few months it's been kind of off and on, but yeah I just recently started doing it more.
OK, so
The main idea here is that I have PAIN right below my knee, like almost on the right side of my bone ...I think it's on my shin...but it's like directly below my knee.
Now, I wonder if I should go to the doctor for this....
OR...if this is normal, and will strengthen and go away?
It doesn't hurt that bad but when I point my toes upward I can feel it and its like a bad bruise or something.
I just want to know if I should wait for it to go away, i.e. keep running and let it heal on it's own....or goto the doc.
Help?
