It wants you to use a netbook because they're so hopeless you won't be able to run anything more demanding than Tetris on them anyway. We'll come back to netbooks in a moment.

google keeps getting worse. Its not such a good engine that most people believe in it. If you type in a phrase most of the time you do not get what you want, you do not get what would be most rational if you type a certain thing in. Indeed if you look 20 results further sometimes that would you typed in matches better then the first results. This is because lots of private individuals, companies etc pay google for their link to be on top. Result is you often have shit on top you are not even looking for.

the only ones paid for are sponsored links which usually only take up about 3 links which are in a coloured box. unless you want to pay every time you use a search engine you're going to have to live with that. i always find what i'm looking for within the first 6 links, so you must be doing something wrong

Yea right...
You just need to learn how to google properly.
I never have trouble finding what I'm looking for.
Some other search engines are terrible... for example, Bing blows.

Google is better than pretty much anything out there. And Google OS will probably run on more than netbooks but be optimized for netbooks, that's all. :)

It's going to be kinda bad ass, and anything that keeps MS rolling down their hill is fucking great by me. They're the most dishonest, foul bastards in the business. Except SCO, ofc.
