My boyfriend just bought one of those big stand up old school arcade games.
It's a shooter game called Viper Phase 1, basically and airplane that flys across the screen and shoots stuff.
So, it was working fine when we got it into the house, but now the game board is not getting any power.
The monitor and all the lights turn on, but no information is being sent to the screen and the actual game isn't working.
There may have been a couple things that caused this...
1) It was picking up a radio station, so my bf was trying to mess with the volume and tuning
or
2) He plugged it into a surge protector
He tried replacing all of the fuses, and none looked busted and it still doesn't work correctly.
Does anyone know what might be the problem and how to fix it?

Sounds like the board might be bad - see if you can find a cheap board and attach it? Or at least fully pull the board out and reattach, to see if there's any problems with the wires?
Found this, should help. If you can't find a cheap board, you can always try to borrow one. But yeah
