Best food is natural food. In fact, it's the perfect food.

Eat food that's local to your region; fresh, natural, organic vegetables/fruits/meats. Your complexion will be radiant, your body will be stronger and healthier, your teeth will be whiter and better, everything's gonna be better; even your mentality, you'll be way happer and feeling all good, sharper, etc.

A dentist once wanted to find out which country/continent naturally had good teeth. No urban place had any remarkable distinction, but when he checked out aboriginal places, he found people with COMMERCIAL-PERFECT TEETH! specifically aboriginals with a natural diet, who eat the fresh meat, vegetables and fruits around them. in fact, drink their own water. :P

if your trying to build muscle, just eat lots and lots of protein. Googling can help you find foods high in protein. If your just lookin to get tone/fit like the guy above eat healthy. lots of vegetables are always good and I always think rice is good for you cause they got lots of carbs. (and i'm azn) meats is good too but don't have too much unless ur gonan do exercise. Always drink lots of water too to keep the insides of your body clean and healthy

carbs are bad for you if you dont do anything afterwards, as a rule of thumb try not to eat anything 3 hours before you go to bed, especially not noodles/rice because its high in carbs and if you dont burn them off they'll be stored as fat

if you're looking to lose weight and/or put on muscle, try to stay away from red meats as much as possible and stick with high protein meats like turkey, chicken or fish like salmon, etc

you can lose fat more easily by modifying your diet but best results are definitely a mixture between diet and exercise

get yourself completely off sugary drinks, pretty much stick to water only or sweetner drinks if you absolutely have to (like coke zero etc)

Consume less calories than you burn.

Stay away from carbs at all cost.

Eat lots of GOOD fats.

Drink iced water and black coffee throughout the day.

Chew gum throughout the day as well (every calorie counts ;P)

Do some cardio before you eat your breakfast.

There's some good advice in here, some bad. Probably the best is inkanddagger's to drink water as your only beverage. People do not realize how much weight drinking sodas and juices packs on.

Eat whole fruits, not dried fruits or juices. Don't eat snacks like chips or pretzels. Drop the portion sizes on your meals. Eat lean meats like chicken and fish. Use low calorie salad dressing or no dressing. Basically, just get a good base of fruits and vegetables and meat, and cut out as much of the awful stuff as you can.

What is your diet like currently?

Food's that are as close to natural to possible.

Basically nothing that comes in a can, plastic bag, or a container.
