say a bird flew over your head, how would the birds weight be distributed onto the air?

wouldn't it be like a cone shape pointing downward towards the center of gravitation?

Gravity acts perpendicular to the ground. Always.

If you want to know about the pressure caused by air, it wouldn't balance out to anything, it feels the same pressure from all sides so the net pressure in any direction is zero.
