i think its an interesting theory, a hyper sphere is a 4d sphere where basically if u travel in 1 direction long enough u can get bakc to where u started which could possibly mean that when atronomers look at distant galaxies on the order of billions of light years away they could be looking that their own galaxy except billion years younger, kinda like when u put 2 mirrors face to face and it makes an ifinite repeating thing

Why not? Its a nice idea ... actually it might be a pretty good explanation of all the controversy around expansion / contraction etc... of the universe.

Though, since our event horizon (the furthest that light has reached, thus the furthest we can see into space) is relatively small compared to the universe -- I doubt scientists would be looking back at our own galaxy billions of years ago.

The only thing is, is it consistent with general relatively? Is a hypersphere even mathematically possible?

No I don't. These same people who came up with that theory probably believe in the Big Bang as well, which is lolable.

How about you talk about how the Big Bang is laughable.

He can't because he doesn't understand the first thing about it. Not to demean Christians, but those who believe the Earth was literally created in 7 days (and not all Christians believe it that literally) are trying to dumb down something that obviously takes a VERY long time to create. The inescapable intricacies of the universe weren't just abra kadabra'd into the world -- and if there is a higher being, than he used a very long and complex method to create them.

i came up with it myself fool, but a hypersphere is a real shape, but after lookin into it more, i HIGHLY doubt it, i have nothing to back it up, it was just a random idea that popped into my head one day
