1 year warranty from nokia but it doesnt cover accidental crushing. since i purchased it directly from them i dont have a warranty through my provider. fucked out of $400 baby!

After smashing my k850i (its a piece of shit anyway with the amount of bugs on it) I've learnt to get insurance on new phones from then onwards. It pays off. Truth.
