Each house must recieve gas, water, and electricity from the three sources, but to prevent stealing, the lines/pipes must not overlap/cross.
I've yet to figure this out. PM me if you have any questions.

this puzzle is acutually possible just takes a hell of a long time..youve got to move the houses diff ways tho
