Is it possible to design a program that will do physics problems for you? Any calculator come preprogrammed with that>?

Probably, I just don't know it. And no TI graphing calculators come pre-packaged with that, you're best either learning the material yourself, or cross your fingers and look for a user-made app on texas instruments' website.

if you know what your program requires you to input, an when, then yes.

for example: back when i was in high school physics, I had self-made programs for all sorts of problems.
Forces on objects over distances, gravity, electricity, quadratic equation, etc.

The only things i ever downloaded were games.

If you can't actually make working programs (its very easy if you just take a second to learn) then just make something with formulas in it and check it by going into the EDIT... No physics should need you to plug in numbers... well at least something like AP physics, because you're sure to screw up at some point doing it (not just typing in wrong numbers, but with fixed formulas you can't adjust for different coordinate systems or axis shifts etc..)
