I think the solution comes in asking the question. You've got a good start. Do you fear being judged in social situations? Is there something you see in the behavior of other people that pushes you away? Also, take a close look at your diet and lifestyle. The way you live and what you eat have a strong effect on the chemistry of social interaction. If you constantly feel tired or in a bad mood, socializing with others might just feel like an overwhelming task because your body is stressed. Just some suggestions of what to think about.

actually this is true to en extent. it is good to socialize in any means, but goetting out of the house is best. do you excercise? try jogging during the day in a public place, im totally serious.

Looking at your profile, it shows that your birth year is 1992 - which would make me wonder if you are still in grade school or not [maybe you dropped out, skipped a ton of grades, whatever] But that would be a good environment to socialize. If not there, then maybe try a part-time job or even better-ly volunteer. Once you realize that you stepped out into the world, there is a ton of things to see, things to do, work to be done, entertainment to be found, and so on. Its good to stay in time to time, and most importantly be with friends and family. But, at the same time its really nice to see the world also. So anti-social? I think not Remember your talking through the internet also, I don't think that's a anti-social communication !
