1) how long until the just grow giant hunks of meat tissue in giant factories and livestock is no longer kept?

2)how long until they find a way to reverse cells losing information (aging)

3) how long until a man walks on mars

4) how long till they clone a dinosaur, or at least a good facsimile

I know 3 and 4.

3) It is said that in 2030 a ship will be launched to Mars with 8 Astronauts, the trip will dure ~3 years, they will have to stay on mars for a year + to wait for the distance from Mars-Earth to be smaller.

4) There are curently studies trying to develop a dino by taking DNA from animals and creating a Dino, the DNA they are looking for can be found only in the VERY early stages of the animal and then the DNA turns around
and becomes regular ex:
A chicken's egg has 15 scales on his tale, with time it will only have 3 (todays chickens)
Scientists believe it will take a good 50 years before we can reach that technologie.

it would be more interesting to know how to do it (at least in theory) instead of how long until it happens

Yea I think I saw something about #4 of the discovery or science channel

It's possible to give chicken teeth, too, I believe

But as for cloning an actual dinosaur (if we are ever aloud to do that), I'd say at least 50-75 years

edit: I think we have cloned food before if I'm not mistaken

If they knew how to do it, then we wouldn't be discussing when it will happen.

weve cloned small animals like pigs and lamb though im not sure if we cloned the dna and inserted it into a another lambs/pigs womb or we just grew it from existing dna +egg

that being said, weve never actually just had dna and grown an animal without some type of help from an already pre-existing version of that animal (ie, living egg produce from adult, grown in the womb of an adult animal etc)

aging isn't caused by a loss of information(telomeres..), i'm pretty sure it's caused by free radicals
