Hey guys,
i got my iphone 3g
and it is jailbroken

so this is the deal

i went to my cousins house and there it got jail broken and was set up with ring tones and skins and etc
so the next day my cousin drove me home and set stuff up on my Itunes
which then she plugged in my Iphone and synced it
then when i thaught it was done
my friend calls me and its not the usual ringtone, infact it was a ringtone that the phone comes with

so i check my settings and i have no ring tones
so i check my Itunes and it says i have the ring tones so i keep trying to sync it

and nothing pops up
the sync only lasts 2 seconds, i tried to make my own ring tones but still nothing.

if anyone can help me it would be greatly appreciated

yea it'fucking cumbersome. when you go into the music section of "-_____'s iponhe" i think you canchoose wich of your itunesplaylists to synch if that helps man i dont know white power

under itunes when you sync it make sure that you are syncing ringtones as well......there should be a checkbox for it....secondly did you set the phone to have that default ringtone...sometimes when you upgrade them or sync them from another computer, it will cause the values to be set back to default. go to settings and ringing options or whatever and see if that option is there....if it is not you will have to go to friends house and make sure you get it on the iphone....did you make the ringtone yourslef? secondly make sure the extension is corrrect on the ringtine. Its supposed to be a different extension than a regular mp3. Google iphone ringtones tutorial or something and see if you can get some info there.
