It's HP Pavilion tx2500z Tablet Touch Screen Laptop,
The price is over $1000 plus tax plus shipping. I am selling it for $850 and a printer. It is brand new in box, still sealed. Here are the technical information that I obtained from packing slip.

well that's not a good laptop really, small screen, mediocre processor and a crappy video card
