i watched it when i was a kid, so i can only remember so much

it's old, there's an alien spirit or something which manifests into a human(very early in the beginning)

there's also some woman. the woman and the alien drive somewhere(meteor site?). most of the movie is just driving..

i think the woman also had a son.


i remember the actress(what she looks like), but i just can't remember other movies she's been in. fuuuck.
