veggies don't have seeds. Plain and simple -- its a fruit. (it has a big ass seed in the middle)

yea but tomatoes and cucumbers have seeds and are usually referred to as vegetables. Depends if you mean botanical fruit(in that case yes) or fruit in common usage(something usually sweet)
