So I read an article about a team of scientists who tried to use lasers to project an advertisement onto the moon! Ofcourse they failed because they would need to project an image 7 times the size of Africa (according to the article), but I started thinking about it...and what if you could use a system of space crafts to use giant lenses or something like that, it would be incredible. You could get half the world's attention immediately!! Not saying its possible in any way, just fun to think about imo tongue.gif.

well regular light diffuses (and so do lazers, just not as much)

the problem is, the farther it spreads out the weaker the light appears (like a flash light seen from far away as opposed to right next to your eye socket

edit- two words?? lol when i look at the moon its like as small as my thumb, you might be able to fit a single chinese character on there lol

second edit- or maybe a logo

third edit- did you know the same side of the moon always faces the earth? (if i remember correctly

it might be easier to go up there and spray paint it (or drop powder bombs of certain colors over specific areas
fourth edit- rofl but you'd probably stir up alot of controversy over that lol

all youd need is the target logo, mcdonald M, or nike swoosh.
