Everyone who has bought a 30Gb zune from whem will know right away what this is about.

At approximately 12:00 last night 30Gb zines started to freeze.
Everyone's 30Gb Zune that was started today is stuck on loading screen.

Microsoft is in big shit..

What do you think microsoft will do?

(You cant plug the zune into you're computer anymore because it is frozen.. it wont connect.)

they will release a patch or firmware upgrade to address the bug..

fear not, they will address it as soon as they have a reliable fix

I have Microsoft certifications, and im confident that they will do something about it..

Problem is you cant update you're zune when its frozen on the loading screen.
So doing any fixes via computer arnt going to affect it at all.

It'll probably be the XBOX 360 red ring type deal.
Send it in and you'll get a new one/get it fixed for free.
Sucks for Microsoft.
