hahah people have favourites lolol
Yea having a favorite scientist may seem wierd when it comes to understanding. It seems having no real favorite would be beneficial, and help keep an open-mind but ofc humans are a species of interaction and find purpose in clinging to certain things. Idk I think it pushes your desire to understand the world around you when you have someone to look up to in that sense.

Galileo - Because he made the telescope which helped us see and understand planets, and space is ftw so Galileo is the shit.
Nice, but yea unfortunately he didnt invent the telecope. He did put it to better use by my undertstanding and was the first to really use it to see the stars and beyond I believe. Yea Galileo was very influential in science and sort of paved the way for other scientists. He was also in a difficult time where going beyong what is said in the bible and what religion believed to be right was given punishment. So Yea it would be interesting to see what else he could have done, if there werent people to keep those thoughts inside him.
I would have to say Newton and Faraday are my two favorites. I like them all though. Hmm yea interested to see what other people will say.
Thanks for your response though, appreciated

. Yea I agree that Galileo was def. helpful and his use of the telescope proved to be the start of a new wave of scientific technology. The quest to see beyond.
