after reading the wiki page about the Climate Change Protocol it says some different numbers (for instance about how much % of 1990 the electricity has te be reduced).

While the majority of Scientists we're claming the Earth was heating up and the antartic (sp) was getting thinner, some scientists belive it is actully getting thicker. Il attempt to find the topic I posted in PaRD about it and post it here.

I didn't read the article but I plan to later. Isn't it true that like 70% of greenhouse gas is water vapor? Isn't it also true that temperature increase causes CO2, not the other way around?

I just don't find that this website has credibility and my opinion is even worse about the author.
Use Judgement, don't beleive everything...
