20 The disciples said to Jesus, "Tell us what Heaven's imperial rule is like."

He said to them,< It's like a mustard seed, (it's) the smallest of all seeds, but when it falls on prepared soil,
it produces a large branch and becomes a
shelter for birds of the sky.

And these are they by the way side, where the word is sown; but when they have heard, Satan cometh immediately,
and taketh away the word that was sown in their hearts.


4 Satan, who is the god of this world, has blinded the minds of those who don’t believe.
They are unable to see the glorious light of the Good News. They don’t understand this message
about the glory of Christ, who is the exact likeness of God.

then Jesus said to them, “Don’t you understand this parable? How then will you understand any parable?
