It's a bit of long shot, I never thought one day I would be on jsp for technical help at work, but here we are... haha

I currently need a .dxf file for a sprocket for a #40 chain with 238 teeth...
I have used a small program called Sprocketeer to generate a profile but when looking at the file in detail, I'm finding conflicting information and/or different diameters.

Would anyone know of any other software or website I could use to help confirm the cutting profile?
