If there was a hill in the middle of the field of 18 inches and the Camera was at the low end of that hill , you would see him walking up that hill and then down but you clearly dont see him rising and then lowering at all.

If the camera was at the top of this imaginary 18" hill, the view would still be straight down and still couldn't explain his 3-4 feet of disappearance without understanding how optical perspective works.

Also "your evidence" is just a cartoon drawing - not actual prove there is an 18" hill in the middle of football fields.

And that is what we see if we watch the video. At first the grass obscures his shoes, because, ya know, grass, then at the last half of the walk he starts descending faster and faster. Exactly what we would expect if there was an 18 inch elevation from the edge to the center of the field.


Anyway you never answered my question, if I can repeat this experiment on a basketball court, which we know for a fact is flat wheras we don't know that for a football field, will you drop your model of perspective and never support it again?
