so adding paranormal to paranormal to explain paranormal? makes sense...
you are believing this stuff far too easily. the entire industry is FULL of fakes and hoaxes. it exploits peoples inability to accept death as the end just like religion. even first hand sightings aren't credible because our brains can trick our eyes easily. when you can get a ghost to stand around and do an interview and testing for verification i'll believe in them.
Like I said, not every show is made just for entertainment. There are certainly seeds of truth to such shows. Stop being so paranoid. I am not a religious person at all, and yet I know there are spirits that can and have interacted with the living. Belief in one does not mean belief in the other.
Plenty of other people have "interviewed" ghosts and gotten responses. But what you have to understand is it takes a strong presence to show themselves or have an intelligent conversation... most are too weak. I appreciate the fact that you aren't gullible, but I think you're taking the debunking too far. I guess it's what people do when they have the inability to accept that while death can be the end, it isn't always the case.

While going through an old FaceBook album of mine, I noticed something strange. Look at these ORBS and SMOKE! Clear as can be! They exist! I retract my skepticism of ghosts.

There's nothing paranormal at all in these photos, sorry to disappoint.

Insinuating that the soul is a fragment of a developed brains conscious/unconscious thought cycle?
Sort of. I don't think there's really a separation between soul and consciousness, they are the same thing

Oh dude!
So there is a Mansion that resides two homes away from where I stay. It's apparently one of the top haunted mansions in America.
Anyways, the other day I was invited to tour the basement. We were locked in the wine cellar in complete darkness and guess what I saw!!
Nothing... Several other people in the group were talking about how they could see "sparkles" (which was supposedly a manifestation of Mary) and there were some reports coming in from people getting the chills around their feet and legs (children I think he said).
In conclusion: People that buy into that stuff are bat shit crazy. I would be willing to put money on a CAT scan revealing a distinct difference between the believer's and the layman's brain. No folks... That dark spot is not your third eye.
Some people are more receptive to such things than others. Some people are sensitive enough to see ghosts every day, in broad daylight. Funny how you should mention the brain like that, because it's the instrumental tool needed to interact with spirits. If some people are more sensitive than others, then yes there probably would be differences.
