usgs site
still shows up as 7.1 there
on iris it got lowered to 6.6

7.7 earthquake, 110km WSW of Craig, Alaska. Jan 4 23:58 at epicenter

i am curious, where are you getting this info from?

both usgs and iris show that it was a 7.5 and that it was on the 5th, not the 4th. there was no activity on the 4th according to both of them.

only has been one 6.5+ earthquake this month
been very quiet so far earthquake wise to start the year, a little too quiet
