You either believe what you saw, or take the approach I would (Knowing my mind is fucked up, I would say it was my mind playing tricks...)

Use laws, physics, science.. I mean... A ghost can't be real, they're made of what? How would they communicate to you, they can't touch anything, they can't speak, they can't do anything. How would you see a ghost?

Just ask yourself some simple questions... You'll find out sooner or later that they just aren't real... It's reality.. You just have to live with it..

I, too, do not understand how they could communicate, because that would require the ability to breath, but Queso brought up a good theory. What about the use of telepathy?
Also, Ghost Hunters ask for knocks, bangs, and/or other noises to communicate and have often times received responses.

Who says it's a bunch of bull? Yes some producers are dishonest about scripting and such... but not all. Plus there's some stuff you just can't up.
It's healthy to remain skeptical... but don't cross the line into ignorance. I understand that debunking evidence is a mechanism that allows you to feel stronger against the idea of the supernatural, but it isn't always appropriate. Sometimes the most logical conclusion to draw from a set of evidence is the one you're afraid to make.

so adding paranormal to paranormal to explain paranormal? makes sense...

you are believing this stuff far too easily. the entire industry is FULL of fakes and hoaxes. it exploits peoples inability to accept death as the end just like religion. even first hand sightings aren't credible because our brains can trick our eyes easily. when you can get a ghost to stand around and do an interview and testing for verification i'll believe in them.

I have trouble believing anyone could be stupid enough to believe a reality TV show based on ghosts. I would like to think that the existence of ghosts is more likely than the existence of someone that ignorant. I really would.

While going through an old FaceBook album of mine, I noticed something strange. Look at these ORBS and SMOKE! Clear as can be! They exist! I retract my skepticism of ghosts.
