Analogies are beyond your abilities, it seems, so I'll break it down even further. The code in a game defines what is physically possible for you to do within the game. The laws of physics define what is physically possible for you to do within the universe. If there is a physical limit to how fast something can go, then that's the end of the story. Nothing can or will ever go faster than that.
