i always try to materialize hot babes when i find myself in a lucid dream. sometimes i fly. strange though i usually loose my ability to control my dreams although i know i'm dreaming.

It happens to me almost every night, I never practiced it or anything but it just came to me naturally. It's really cool because I never had a nightmare before in my life.

id never be able to

ive learned a decent amount about it

its slightly altered

Depending on skill level.

I can lucid dream very easily if I do this:

Eat a ton of shit food and take a bloated nap on the couch... wake up a few hours later, brush my teeth and floss, then go to my bedroom and lay on my bed and try to sleep. It usually takes me a couple hours... the first hour my mind races, then a half hour later it calms down, then the last half hour I can usually lucidly dream.
