What I find interesting is how tall the average man and woman is today. Only a few hundred years ago, the average height for a man was hardly around 5'9'' or 5'10''. Now most men are easily 6' or above, and women are much taller as well.

That has nothing to do with evolution, it's just a result from a higher standard of living.

today, people born in 1st world countries are to live 100 years or more (on average) - the rate in which we are pushing this limit has been increasing with no sign of slowdown, indicating we are not nearing an end in terms of life expectancy - I'd say this is a pretty good indication we are still improving as a species and will be for some time to come.
that being said, taking a look at literature there is a clear decline in our use of language (and other things, like music) but as a whole I think we are continuing to improve ourselves

No one is evolving. Not one creature has evolved since humans have existed.

Humans are going backwards.

Look at all the senseless crimes that are happening every single day, 2days ago an 11yr old boy was stabbed to death by a 13yr old boy at a private(?) school... Nothing like this has ever happened in my country until now.

It is impossible to evolve backwards. People doing shitty things is people doing shitty things. Doesn't have anything to do with evolution.
