anything traveling at light speed would be reduced to nothing but energy, so no...no human could do it...

also, traveling faster than light is the same thing as time travel

to answer your question i myself am totally confident we will never achieve light speed and ofc, never faster than light

even if it was possible, im not sure we would achieve it before the earth is destroyed

first, faster than light is impossible, based on today's knowledge, if there is something faster than light, I doubt that it would take only 30 years to reach this speeds, I think an antimatter engine or magnetically propelled ship would be the our first technology to even reach speeds 1/100 the speed of light, which is still a ridiculously fast speed, sound travels 625 mph, light is about 186000 miles per SECOND ( also about [3600 * 186000 = 669600000] miles per hour), so seeing as reaching the speed of sound was an enormous accomplishment and the fastest we've ever been is 2070 mph (so a little more than 3 times the speed of sound), this also makes me believe reaching the speed of sound is impossible. So I now think we will only ever reach 1/10000 or less the speed of light.

Also many theorosists believe faster than light would make you go back in time (based on the theory of relativity, read about it, it will enlighten you)

lol wtf...about 75% of what u just said is bs

If matter changed into energy, then a spaceship would be massless at the speed of light and thus have no energy. Breaking the rules of equalities is not science.
