Impermeable plasma[edit]
Impermeable plasma is a type of thermal plasma which acts like an impermeable solid with respect to gas or cold plasma and can be physically pushed.
If you can physical push it - that's like a wall or ceiling - its basic a super heated kinda like magma inside a solid that acts like a liquid, thinking its just a magnetic field which that artist drawing sort of infers - i think it just a way to get you to thinking its just a magnetic field.
I wasn't at all surprised that you have no idea what plasma is, but even I didn't expect you to know nothing about gasses. I'll give you a quick hint - the human body is not a gas. Neither are rockets, satellites, etc.
Hmm.. I wonder in what grade kids learn about the 3 states of matter. I can picture a quiz that shows pictures of everyday objects and asks you if it's a gas or not. Like a picture of a bicycle and a question "is this a gas?" Whatever grade that is, we now know Card's understanding of the world is below that.
You can physically push air as well, we even have special devices that do just that - fans. I guess every human that claims to be able to walk through air is a NASA disinfo agent.
