Obviously it's my opinion. But ask yourself, how does our common ancestor disprove God? If evolution were true, it still doesn't disprove a creator.. lol

it doesn't, but it does disprove the notion that humans just popped out of gods brain in their current state.

so you either think observable data isn't relevant(this is what dumb people do) or you make up excuses for the conflicting information such as "it's not supposed to be taken literally".

which leads to the problem of trying to explain how they know which parts of the bible are literal.

since they can't know such a thing since they have no evidence other than the bible itself which is the problem.

so the only way to defend it is to turn to bible scholars who apparently "just know" without any other information that anyone else has.

so you can now see how evolution interacts with religion and why it causes problems.

Do you see anywhere where I said that it proved or disproved god? Or anywhere where I even tied it into that post?

So we come full circle. As I originally said, you can't prove that something doesn't exist. The burden of proof lies with those who claim it exists, and until that happens, it is considered unproven.

Evolution cannot disprove God, because nothing can. It simply explains a mechanism by which life could operate without one. And as I said before, you are mistaking proof with lack of disproof.

Unfalsifiable hypothesis

Theres a dinosaur right now beside me. You cant see it, you cant hear it, you cant touch it, you cant feel it or measure it in any possible way we know, though I know its there. If you dont believe that dinosaur is there, prove me wrong.

Évolution has nothing to do with whether God exists in not. It has, however, been proven true. Microbiologists use it daily, so do geneticists as well. It's used extensively in vaccines, anti booties, and different kinds of treatments. It's also been used by breeders, whether it's stallions, cows, dogs or cats.

Some people would have us think that just because the Bible says so, we're special snowflakes and the only living organisms on earth not affected by evolution.

A good point to bring up is Neanderthals. The book nor any religion says anything of them. But they were intelligent and had their own culture and what not. I'd like to know where they place them
