Pi is a lame overused number and memorizing pi is for wannabe math geeks.

You clearly haven't read this topic through. First, nobody asked for your opinion about Pi, and second, there are other places for your stupid +1's.

Well, if you'd read the whole topic before making such weird statements, you would've realized that we discuss memory techniques and not the actual question "How many digits do you remember?" :)

I use a calculator with a pre-programmed value for pi, and get the same results as you except I didn't waste any time.

Really? How could a pre-programmed value for Pi help you with your memory skills?
