every generation thinks that the world is going to end in their time the last time it was suppose to end was 2000 and since it didnt poeple said because we started with year 1 so when 2001 it was spuppose to end and it didnt in like 10 more years people are going to say its going to end and it wont so im not worried about it

in 2012 our solar system will once again enter the age of aquarius, happens every 4k years i think. (we revolve around milky way). the mayans calendar doesnt end in 2012 it is supposed to start over. the reason they said it wouldnt start over is because they predicted there would be no mayan civilization in 2012. they were right and they were amazing astronomers. end of the world? no. nothing we have ever uncovered suggests they believed it to be the end of the world, dont listen to heretical shows on cable tv, they just know this stuff gets good ratings...

if the world would end every time they predict it... we would all be dead for like 10 times already ...

I'd say no, most things they have about the world ending don't offer any proof and there has already been like 10 endings of the world now.
