no, the mayans calendar is not more accurate then ours. if it was we'd fuckin use it. we based ours OFF of theres. not to mention they forgot leap year, so after all theses years that adds up to a BIG inaccuracy.
oh and The last pole shift took place 790000 years ago. they are not part of "regular human history"
now, i dont know THAT much about polar shifts, but i am skeptical.
in the event of a polar shift, the earths defense to the suns radioactive heat waves is down. so common sense tells me that after the first one the earth would be a floating rock.. or meteor if you will.

Galanoth idk were you got that polar shifting has occured a recorded 15 times. from what i researched it happened once or possibly twice. Wikipedia.com is my source
