well the theory is that all matter collapses in on itself and then explodes (if i remember that discovery channel show correctly), so maybe each time it does that different phsyics laws are made, like maybe sometimes theres no gravity

Actually, physicists don't believe this to be the case. It is an outdated theory.

This. The universe's expansion has been shown to be accelerating, which pretty much goes directly against the basic principles of that theory.
