he does know what he is talking about though. Although I believe it can be overcome. His points are valid thoughts of upper class(in-charge people).
To say someones argument sucks when you have nothing to contribute, is like drinking 20 beers at a baseball game. calling strike when the empire says ball. then fall out of the bleachers.

cons of it just being legal are minor. i do believe given enough prep time tobacco companies could have a reasonable market for it although they would really only be adding competition for themselves.

also the people trying to claim i don't know anything about how these types of things work you need to have something other than bullshit remarks about my thoughts on the subject. you obviously have no idea what im talking about since you seem to think im against it being legalized cause its bad. i would be fine with it being legal as long as it had no effect for other illegal drugs becoming legal. marijuana is about the only illegal drug that ever needs to be legalized because its non addictive and actually calms you down unlike tobacco which is just an awful product thats allowed to be legal.
