Nothing
that we know of
can go faster than the speed of light.
What I don't understand is that light is supposed to be the fastest but just after the big bang the universe has expanded a much greater area than light could have travelled in those first 0.0000001 seconds of the start of the big bang.

when you try to combine general relativity with quantum physics you almost always get infinity.

Talking about infinity here won't come to any educated solutions.

ok infinity is a concept to compare an undefined point to another undefined point to another undefined point an immeasurable ammount of times.
often expressed in a physical form called eternity where time is a system for describing the continuous passage of events from past to present to future an immeasurable ammount of times.
where one physical point expressed in the fourth dimension to the next physical point expressed again in the fourth dimension in a continuum based on the atomic second, i.e. on the unit defined as 9,192,631,770 periods of the radiation from the transition between the two hyperfine levels of the ground state of the cesium-133 atom undisturbed by external fields.
hope my educated solution helps
