1)  it would take longer than 13 billion years from the singularity for mankind to evolve from rocks

2)  how our planet supports and sustains life is rather suspicious.  everything from how water recycles, to oxygen production, to the atmosphere's protection, it's all too coincidentally perfect.

objectively speaking, it would be more unbelieveable that there isn't a higher being who made it all.  everything about how the universe works suggests that it was designed to support life, somewhere.

First of all, we did not evolve from rocks.

Secondly, our planet being the way it is is very rare, that is why we have not found another planet like it.

In my faith, Science actually does sort me to a Religious view on life.

Call it ridiculous, but I see Religion and Faith as an important aspect of life. It's just as much as a life decision as chosing what to do with your life.

That "higher being" you're referring to is the universe.

The universe manifested the galaxy we're in, the planets, us, etc . . .

Basically, think of us as little organisms living in another organism living in another organism

I imagine it's roughly between 13 billion and 15 billion years.

Better and more efficient for all its inhabitants?  Humans are not the only living things on Earth.

actually...you think you can comprehend how long that is, but the human brain cant

and given the size of the universe, it is VERY ignorant to believe that we are the only form of life in it. we are the ass-backwards alabama of the universe...im 100% sure of it...the make up of the human body follows the same proportions of the makeup of all the matter in the universe. we are not special or something out-of-the-ordinary.

Perhaps because abiotic factors cannot become biotic?
Design demands a designer. It seems illogical to me to believe our universe and life as we know it "just happened"
The guy that posted earlier about the laws of thermodynamics is correct. The universe had a beginning and it will have an end. As for the Bible... has anyone ever proven it wrong? That's what science does after all, form a hypothesis and prove things wrong. Science can never be able to absolutely prove something to be true. That's where faith based on reason comes in.

this my friend is Argument From Ignorance....thats how religion came about, and thats all religion is

OP is uneducated and doesn't understand how the world works so he has to conclude magic did it. You have the mentality of a person living thousands of years ago.

a few facts:

man did not evolve from a rock.

its suspicious to your mind, most likely 'cause you don't get it. Your religion sounds like a conspiracy theory.

No thinking being can exist anywhere or everywhere or outside of this "realm" without a physical body feeding its senses.
