Isn't decay part of entropy?
Your right about us not deing of decay, but I don't get what you mean by living by increasing entropy. Doesnt an increase in entropy mean more "time" has gone by? So, it would mean that you aged more and closer to death?
We die because our bodies are programmed to die after a certain period of time. Living forever is evolutionarily selected against.
Entropy is not decay, entropy is disorder, or a better definition, entropy is the spreading of energy. We live by taking in low entropy, high energy molecules (glucose) and releasing high entropy low energy molecules (carbon dioxide). Our bodies are more than capable of living forever with a few modifications, one of which would be not losing the ends of our DNA (the enzyme telomerase takes care of this in some organisms).

I'm going out of the box here, Or maybe the transfer of energy is time!!!!!!
It's not. Time is a measure of change, you can have change without change in energy. Something going 5m/s relative to the surface of the earth will continue moving (changing distance from the Earth's surface) until it loses energy, not the other way around.
