Plus if it did apply and particles could be entangled in the direction of time, the probability would be nearly zero to do that to all 10^25 of your atoms at the same time and in the correct order of your body. The current record is about 12 simultaneously entangled particles.
Clever logic, though
I think the only plausible future applications for quantum physics as of now are super-small circuits & computers that may match the magnitude of the human mind.
