Any counter argument NativeNation or WyrmVater? I mean, hell I can say the same thing to a scientist supporting any theory, but if I don't have anything to back up the argument, I'd look like an idiot. OH! I guess you guys are idiots.

that stuff was waaaaay TL;DR

lmk what you're actually trying to argue in a few sentences then ima skepticize you

Oh I get it, you think theres infinite supply which is simply not true, while the demand might be close to "infinite" due to the nature of our desires being unquenchable~, supply however is limited on the tiny spec of dust we call earth.

How on the hell can you possibly know what I "think" I never said anything about infinite supply. If it's too long for you to read, then don't read it, there are BILLIONS of other things you can do with your time. And just something for you to think about, the earth can and does replenish its resources, but not at the rate in which humanity is being forced to consume them. Keep rebuilding the same old shit, with a different twist, call it technology progress, and you get a bunch of rick fuckers in 10,000.00 Italian suites laughing at the idiots for believing it.

But you go on your merry little fantasy if you'd like. Do you have any counter argument at all, or just he same unfounded garbage as any other lowly educated imprisoned retard?

you sound mad, just state your position clearly and I'll have counter arguments for you.

Sound like you already made you're "one size fits all argument".

FYI, techo has come very far, we are no longer in an age of hunters and gatherers.
But here is my argument.

If you stop using resources in a cyclical consumerism manner;
If you stop worshiping a system where problems MUST exist, and where cyclically solving the same old problem is the only way to put food on the table;
If you stop allowing a man to own more than he can ever fathomably use in a million of his life times;
If you stop believing in archaic lines of thinkingl patriotism, nationalism, racism, borders;
then man CAN be in a better place.

For so long as you praise a man's success by what he holds in possession, (namely resource domination, and thus people domination)
You won't escape piss poor behavior. You should read the whole post to understand.

And yes I am mad. Im mad as hell. Because my friends, family, loved ones, they deserve a better chance at living a good quality of life.
No man has ever gotten rich from a 9-5 job. Only through the exploitation of lesser men's labor and blood has a man become so "successful" that he is able to persuade nations to war, to deceive people en mass , to exploit them all at once , and have them so fooled that they actually praise their situation.

Man is waking up though. The onset of information sharing has become a threat. We are sharing ideas, our experiences.
We are starting to understand what has happened.

Please read John Locke the Second Treaties of Civil Government - 1690 , the section on ownership of property.
That is one premise I use. After reading it, argue it.

I'm just going to go out on a limb here and say that because you're posting on the internet, I can be reasonably sure that your "friends, family, and loved ones" are already living a relatively good quality of life. And how do we, as members of Western Civilization, maintain our vastly superior quality of life compared to the lives of the people living in abject poverty swatting at flies and drinking unclean water, where something like a mosquito bite can be fatal (through Malaria)? Through exploitation of the labor and resources of Third World nations.

So the real question here is this... is YOUR idea of a "good quality of life" already so far beyond the pale (as a result of seeing what the Wall Street fat cats are living life) that rather than actually being happy with your current good quality of life you are actually seeking an increasingly better quality of life?

If you were truly moved by the plight of those living in abject poverty, then you, yes you have the option of joining the Peace Corps and helping improve their lives. Every volunteer can help. Not every contribution needs to be monetary.

My idea of a good quality of life, is one where earth is held in highest regards to sustaining the specie. Why should I be subject to profound loss, at anthers profit? You call this a relatively good quality of life, but you don't live in my mind.
For everything I see and every person with whom I come in contact, is a part of everything. Your gain, is another man's loss. (competition for the good job). Your success, another man's failure. Your opportunity, another man's lack of one.

I would agree with you about the peace corps, however, these organizations actually solidify, and prolong the piss poor behavior of man, by attempting to bandaid the abject poverty you speak of. They offer no real solutions, as they cannot. A real solution to anything is not viable in a cyclical system. Further more, because human suffering is viable, and we live in a system where money buys the quality of life, it is likely that many organizations that claim to help people, are skimming off the top, especially when their lives, or the lives of their loved ones are disrupted, either by natural, or inflicted cause.

Do you really wish for me to turn the other cheek in all this? Is this what makes YOU happy? Is this YOUR quality of life? I'm sorry I cannot find peace in men exploiting men, because there IS a solution.
How many people do you know suffer from something that "could" have been avoided under a better system where men stopped exploiting men, and used the earth to sustain the specie, rather than terminate it?

"It is no measure of health to be well adjusted in a profoundly sick society". - Jiddu Krishnamurt

"Let no man own more than he may use in his life time, lest he rise to such great wealth as to decimate nations and bind the earth in chains" - Anonplanz

"There are no starving people in the world because there isn't enough food. They starve for geo political concerns" - Anonplanz

"Only two things are infinite, the universe and human stupidity, and I'm not sure about the former. " Albert Einstein

"But since gold and silver, being little useful to the life of man in proportion to food, raiment, and carriage, has its value only from the consent of men, whereof labour yet makes, in great part, the measure, it is plain, that men have agreed to a disproportionate and unequal possession of the earth, they having, by a tacit and voluntary consent, found out, a way how a man may fairly possess more land than he himself can use the product of, by receiving in exchange for the overplus gold and silver, which may be hoarded up without injury to any one; these metals not spoiling or decaying in the hands of the possessor. " - John Locke 1690 2nd Treaties of Civil Government Sec 50 on Property

Then I guess your only option is to take a small group of people into the middle of some forest and start a commune that is completely independent so that you will be completely self-sustaining and everyone will work to care for each other. The type of society you're hoping for is contrary to the natural order of things. Competition has been driving evolution ever since the very first organism appeared on the Earth, and now you want all humanity to cease to compete so we can all be perfect equals? Good luck with that.

I think it's hilarious that you included two quotes from yourself along with the likes of Einstein and Locke, though. You must think very highly of yourself. Perhaps you should use that confidence to compete in the world so that you can use your influence to bring about the change you would like to see in the world?

Couples things:

1: Your solution doesn't work. Land is dominated. There is no , middle of the forest anymore. And then you are subject to laws outside of your own community even it were remotely possible.
2: You don't know what the natural order of things are, because you have not properly vetted man in every possible environment. I said this already earlier in the post. You jump to conclusions like human nature, but you have no idea what that is, having not tested man in anything but a hostile environment.
3: Competition, is indoctrinated. It is left over from a reaction to scarcity and perpetuated in biblical proportions.
4: You may find it funny, however they are my quotes, and it is how man should think, before he comes to conclusions equal to yours. Your line of thinking is archaic, and present ZERO hope for humanity.
5: I have attempted to reach the world, and in many places I, and we (the people with whom are my peers in these matters) are successful. But if I can't reach you, I can't reach anyone.

The world doesn't need luck. It needs an understanding and respect for the law of nature. You cannot possibly expect to live in your la la land and consume the earths resources, and cast war against nations, pit man against himself, and think that it's going to get any better. No red cross, or Peace Corp, or save the whales is going to suffice. You need to be held accountable for your negligent mindset.

Do your part. Be the change I want to see.

Yes, competition is intrinsic to human nature. That's why we (homo sapiens) beat out our competitors (homo neanderthalis) to become the dominant species on Earth. That's how life works. Survival of the fittest.

Humans have evolved empathy and an incredible desire for social interactions (that desire is what allowed us to start living together and building communities, farms, etc). That fact alone is the only thing that keeps the richest and most competitive people in the world from owning slaves and from filling harems with all the most beautiful women on Earth.

You're an idealist. You think that because humans have higher thought that it means we are not subject to the facts of life. You are mistaken. We still have a competitive nature that is part of who we are, and we will always have that competitive nature as a part of our species.
