If the universe is expanding and there are billions of stars with infinite numbers of planets, then it's nearly impossible for there not to be life out there.
Hopefully we'll never bump into it, because if we did it would be the top of the food chain on their own planet and would probably be nasty killing machines like us.

the possibility of no other life in the universe is absurd. the only thing that you might be able to argue is whether or not that life is intelligent. even then its still likely that we will find intelligent life at some point.

i just dont think there is, it just seems too rare for matter to turn into life, i think it was just a freak accident, its not like life is still forming on our planet, it was a one time deal and all current life is descended from it and our planet even has the "perfect conditions"
so im sure theres thousands of other planets with ideal conditions that nothing ever happened on, but we will never know for sure

there's no such thing, aliens are from the future

That is a very ignorant thing to say. The term ''alien'' to us humans in your mind automatically thinks of google eyed green beings. Actually, ''alien'' is any organism that's unkown to earth. Astronauts have found bacteria on planets alreay. Therefore, ''aliens'' exist.

we most certainly have not had astronauts on another planet let alone found living bacteria on one.

We still don't know how life came to be. Many Scientists believe the building blocks for like came from Comets, which are all over the place. The "Perfect Conditions" is right for humans, but a variety of bacteria live in the most hostile places on our planet, which mirror the environments we see on other planets/moons we see in our own solar system. And if it happened here, the odds are in the favor of life being all over the Universe. The chances that life evolved here and no where else, given the vastness of space, is just too small to even be possible. Unless "God" planted us here, there's other life out there. Even if it was extremely rare, it'd be all over the place.

so what if it was a one time event, and never happened again, which is more believable to me, and all u do is say what other ppl say, come up with ur own theory ffs

lol it is much more likely that other life exist than that it does not. you aren't arguing with jspers if you say thats false you are arguing with people that are 100x more education than you on the subject.
