Actually, science is pretty sure that it's because of a burst of hormones in the womb, which means that it's pretty much got a heavy 'Nature' component.

scientists have proven that PART of being homosexual is in your genes. The other part is how you are raised and stuff. They also have a possible answer on why gay people exist:P I mean, being gay doesn't really make sense, because you can't get children. But there were a couple of genes that made guys gay. These genes would make the women more fertil?(don't know if this is the right word). So the women in the family of a gay-men are most likely more fertil than other women. So her genes will be passed sooner to the next generation. And with that, genes that are similar to the genes of the gay-man.

Was something like that I suppose:p don't know really, but it seems like a good reason why they are gay.

When you reach a certain age your attraction to guys/girls starts kicking in. You may realize guys turn you on..you may realize girls turn you on. Your sexuality is innate and you cant, at a whim, change who or what you are attracted to.

And yes..Scientists have proven that homosexual people have a gene that heterosexual people do not have.
